Where is my membership package?

Your package should arrive within 6-8 weeks from the date your membership was first activated. In some cases, your shipment may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that international packages may take up to 12 weeks to arrive due to Customs and other circumstances beyond our control.

If you do not receive your package within the timeframe provided, please contact the JMAC Support Team.
